ROBIN THICKE'S TWITTER Q&A WAS A FANTASTIC DISASTER

Robin Thicke was mercilessly trolled on Twitter yesterday and I missed it. Just shoot me.

This so totally figures. The one day I don't obsessively check Twitter 100 times is the day Robin Thicke's public relations team decides nothing could possibly go wronger than it already has, so why not host an #AskThicke Q&A because no one has ever been known to be mean on Twitter before. Except everybody. What followed was a public pillorying of epic proportions. (I've included some of my favourite ripostes below.)

In case you haven't been following the ridiculous grovelling act that has been Robin Thicke's life for the past four months, a brief catch-up: Paula Patton finally got tired of her husband's relentless manwhoring and left him. He immediately went into tearful public apology mode, released an album made up entirely of "Get Her Back" songs and disturbing videos, and just generally refused to accept the fact that it's over. As stalkers always do.

But because he has a new album out and because his publicists have bought into the stupid notion that there's no such thing as bad publicity: Twitter Q&A. Which I still can't believe I missed. And which I will punish my  moron editor for because why else is he on the payroll if not to alert me to such events? And also to relieve my tension by being the recipient of my flying hooves of random rage? It's certainly not to edit my copy. Moron doesn't even notice I've used the 'F" word until my mom calls in to ask if I've gone off my meds again. THE ANSWER IS YES!!!! *pulls brown paper bag over head, slaps moron editor's backside*
